  5. Shipping & Delivery Domestic orders within Pakistan are delivered within 3–7 business days. International shipping may take longer; customs charges are the customer's responsibility.

  6. Refunds & Exchanges Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery if items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Sale items are generally non-refundable unless defective.

  7. Promotions & Discounts Ongoing sales apply only during the promotion period. We reserve the right to cancel or change promotions without notice.
